I thought for the price, this chandelier would certainly look like what I paid for it, but ALAS, NO it is gorgeous! It didn't take long to put it together, one of the things I dreaded and also figured that's why it was cheaper was the fact I had to assemble it. But no trouble at all, the directions were complete and easy. Only I did do one thing that makes a world of difference, I changed out the glass crystals and blue drops to Swarovski crystals. With the original glass crystals the chandelier is still lovely to look at, but with the upper arms begging for more, I added up and added more. The result is a chandelier that as soon as you see it gets a "Wow! That is beautiful" from guests. My only concern was if I broke a piece could I get a replacement, but I won't know, that didn't happen.
