Disappointed since this is such a cool looking light. Shade arrived with a whole in it and have had trouble getting the manufacturer's replacement. Worse, as we were installing the chandelier -- adding the crystals and thus gradually adding weight -- the threads in the stem failed and the light came loose and was hanging only the wires. Fortunately we were there to hold it up and uninstall it. We looked to see if we had done something wrong but no -- the threads are very fine and simply don't hold the weight of the chandelier. Tried it once again with a professional installer and he came to the same conclusion. Poorly made -- stay away.
