This chandelier is very pretty...but came with so many parts and no clear cut instructions. The hooks it comes with are cheaply made and not worth the $136 that was paid. There is no clear picture of what the chandelier is suppose to look like when completed except for a very distorted copied picture. This was very difficult to put together and time consuming. There was a lot of guessing and improvising when trying to figure out what goes where.
Not well designed or well layed out. Best advice...get one from a store that is already put together!
