I bought this a couple months ago for my new house that I just renovated. My husband and I just moved in and hung our beautiful chandelier. It is absolutely stunning! Very european elegance, it shines and is the perfect size. We have very high vaulted ceilings and hung it in our dining room over the table. It is a knockout piece! Absolutely breathtaking! I also purchased 2 more items from this company. A smaller version of this chandelier, and another one, and they are all incredible. Fast shipping and great communication. Would recommend them over and over and over again!
I'll admit, once you put it together, the chandelier is pretty awesome. But I was shipped this giant box with thousands of pieces, a half sheet of barely understandable instructions, and a child-size cheesecloth glove to handle the crystal (I have small hands, and they weren't nearly small enough to fit in this tiny glove). The instructions skimmed over the general subject of how to wire it all together, expecting you to know what you're doing (I ended up having to hire an electricion - who ALSO had a hard time understanding the instructions)! Not to mention that a few of the nuts that came with the product were completely stripped and unusable, and Home Depot doesn't carry that kind. So, although I'm happy with the delivery speed and overall look of the finished product, but getting to that point was a long, drawn out nightmare.
