During the installation of the chandelier we unpacked the crystal balls from the original packing very carefully. Unfortunately we had to realize that some of the crystals where damaged. After writing a review the customer service contacted us immediately and arranged the delivery of new crystals. After a view days we received the new crystals. Now the chandelier looks as stunning as we expected it to be. Thanks to the customer service staff for the easy, fast and professional help they provided.

Pretty much all crystal balls are dented and some cracked. Not easy at all to put together, need small hands to screw all tentacles to the base. Will contact seller/Amazon for support.
