Chandelier arrived in timely fashion, though it was missing one string of crystals. I called the company and they sent the part right away. This is my third purchase from them and I would buy from them again.
this chancelier is gaudy and hideous, made out of the cheapest material and bright shiny gold. The company does not take returns. Aweful!
